I have a 01' Ram 2500 with 24v Cummins.
Some **** in a Ford ran a stop sign while speeding and plowed into the drivers side of the truck.
Cab & bed are destroyed.

If I source a 1998.5-2001 Ram 1500 as a donor truck, will the hydroboost assembly bolt up to the firewall where the original gasser brake booster was?

Any other tips or information welcome.

It should, bodywise there is no difference from a diesel or gas engine.

That sucks man, sorry to hear that. Hopefully you are alright.
I remember having the same truck 01 24 valve 4x4 and it was the best truck I ever owned. I bought it after my first deployment and the first week I went back to work after coming off leave, some idiot backed into the bed and put a huge dent in it. I owned it for maybe a week and a half at that point.

As mentioned above, the body's are the same. How bad is the damage? Is there absolutely no way it can be saved at all?
