I regeared my front diff at 18

with help from my dad.

Lol. My dad didn't get near this one. He even admitted to me he's never regeared something because he's scared of it. It's honestly not too complicated in my opinion. Once you know what you're doing

I've torn a 4 of diffs apart at 23-24 and helped my buddy set the new gears back up but I let him do all the finally adjustments. He actually showed me and explained more of how to get everything set up when we did my 4.10's last spring. Still don't totally understand it but I've got a good idea how it all works now.

:flipthebird:
I guess. Lol

My tools and chemicals weighed her car down so much. :roflsquared:

More grown up than me! I'm still stuck at my parents place for now. I'd like to get my own place but just can't afford it on my own right now. Now that the truck is painted though saving for a down payment is next on the list. Haha

To think, I did gears myself, at 18 years old, never done gears before, and am having less problems than someone who took it to a "professional". Sucks to hear though Phil.. good luck with getting it sorted out.

Thanks Cody! Wish you lived closer. Then you can show me everything there is to know. :buffer:

Carlise is 1 hour away from where I live. :D I haven't been up there in a long time though. Last time I went up was when they had a lot of kit cars up there.

Look at all that space to move around in ... of course I am envy of you V8 and V10 guys at times when I want to hit the gas pedal and move along a little faster. LOL.

My V8 is slow, don't know what you're talking about. I can sit in mine too. If I had an electric fan, I can party in here.

Messed with the sub wiring for a while. Had the power wire run and was working on connecting it to the stereo and I decided I would rather sell the tube sub and buy a muffler since my sound system isn't that bad anyway. Wish I would've thought it through before wasting time but it is what it is
Hoping to have the muffler in after my trip to Illinois so probably early August. We'll see

Oh and a pic of me with the free light I got from autozone ... Such a fashion statement! HA HA But man it does help out.
Hmm space is nice but I think I prefer the power from the V8 lol

Huh, weird. I was thinking about painting it but I thought it'd look cheesy

Paint will last longer than that decal, and with the right gloss, you'll never know the difference.
