I'm reading online a lot they they're noisy but not necessarily bad. My dad said people told him they're soft and porous. I may get a different brand just to be safe
All of what you have said is true. If you're looking for quiet gears and durable the top of the line of that market I would say would be Yukon gears or AAM motive blue box gears

Precision gears and us gears are also very good brands as well

I probably will go with Yukon. I'm not concerned with the noise, since this is my front end. It won't be spinning most the time. But going off of summits site there wasn't many options for a thick gear set. USA was one, but after reading online that they are Yukon's economy line, I'll most likely get Yukon's instead. I need to check the list again though, I believe there was a G2 set as well.

The offroad 4 Wheel Parts store over here in Nashville swear by the g2 gears but I've personally never seen anybody running or have experience with them so I really don't recommend them to people lol

I forgot you're over by 4WP. My friend who got shipped to Memphis said he made the drive over there and it was like heaven lol. I know couple people who have run them and they like them. I haven't honestly heard a lot of bad about any brand other than them being noisy

Thats better! Now if only my green led cluster lights would show up! I would like to do my climate controls, and headlight switch too. It just seems like its going to be a pain to do.

Debating trying T6 when I buy oil again. What's the big deal about it vs valvoline or other oils? Apparently it's good if a lot of people are using it but what kind of differences did you notice switching to it?

Drove truck to Tennessee today first stopped at Cabelas then to Bass Pro to get some winter fishing gear. Truck hit a 150,000 miles on way down. Saw a 2nd gen at a dealer with 340,000 miles on it today and they wanted $4500 for it. Crazy price if u ask me. I hope mine will last to see that many miles on it one day. How many miles do you guys have on your trucks?
