so found this on eBay, this guy is advertising that this dewhicky increase gas mileage and makes fuel burn better, apparently you place this thing in your intake tube? this is a load of crap, right?

Hey those are not as cool as the Tornado's for the intake tubes. Each one was 20 hp I think? I was thinking of stacking them 10 deep in my tube and picking up and extra 200 hp for $50

in theory they work
the chevy vortec heads get there name from the concept of this design.

the reason this product dose not work is the fact that there is almost a dozen things between it and the cylinder to stop the air form spinning
