Welcome to RF.

You can buy lowering kits on the internet and they are really easy to install in the driveway

my guess is your going to static drop your truck so drop spindels and coils up front
and in the rear blocks and or a mono leaf are realy the only options

in pittsburgh air ride is the preferd do o the crappy roads
but your looking at alot of work and morny for that

Yep that kit will work on your truck and I think it comes with shocks too which is awesome!

It's fairly easy to lower these trucks.

DJM makes a low profile transmission cross member.
I ran a 3" coil 6" flip kit on my '99 Ram. Loved it. I wouldn't mess with a 4" rear drop. You won't be happy. Go with a flip kit. You'll need a frame notch too, but those area easy to install.

I mono leafed the rear had a c notch and flip kit already on it. And I added 2 in blocks and both front and back tires are almost tucked. It looks great. I just need to get some good muscle style rims for it. How much of a drop are you going with mopar?
