Ok so I got the custom lowering springs on the front. In the back is a flip kit on the axle along with 2 inch blocks with the middle leaf springs removed. Everything is tightened down to the same torque, same air pressure in all four tires, but for some reason when I measure ground to fender well, I get a different measurement at all four tires.

Try driving it around for a couple days. Let the new suspension settle down then take another measurement

I drove it about 315 miles after had to go drop my son off. When I got back from the road trip, I retightened everything and it measured out to be the same offsets.

Like I don't understand why the front is uneven. The springs are the same size. Then in the rear I have the same equipment with the same amount of torque on each side. I haven't seen this problem before.

Your front springs should not be the same size.
Driver and Passenger are different.

I did this on my '99 Ram. Swap the front coils.

Also, on Gen II Ram, the rear wheel arc is 1" higher in the rear.
If you have the same F/R measurements, you truck will actually be sitting ass down.

So you're saying it's normal for my truck to uneven?

Ok ok. I figured it out. The springs had the wrong labels on them. Switched them out and it's sitting pretty damn level right now lol.
