My last 2 trucks now this one .... always add a steering box brace ... especially if you run big tires . WELL worth the money for the solid axle trucks .

I just sent over a message after my order to HBS ..... might get them on RF as a vendor ..hold tight Brandon ... might get a HBS discount for RF members .

of course after I buy my HBS kit :Wedgie:

I'm runnin Zone 2.5 on mine and after replacing shocks I sit .5 higher in the rear. All kinds of different companies just depends on personal preference in my book.

I have a HBS 2.5" level i like it the install wasnt as easy as i thought it would be but i wasnt trying to rush the install on the truck that i drive everyday. if you know how to work on ur truck the install should be easy. i got my kit sent to my door for 85 so it wasnt to bad. find them on facebook they have a lot of pictures of different truck to help you with you choice of what you want to do. hope that helps a little bit.

Very nice, yea I like it. Now they sell a kit with a level and swaybar drop brackets, do i need the drop bracket and links or will i be ok with just the level?

i dont know on a 2001 but the 2011 all i needed was the level. I got the 2" HBS kit but on a 4th gen I think the 2.5" would been perfect

I mean my buddy has a 01 just like mine and just has a level so I don't see why I'd need the drop brackets but they offer them so I'm just tryin to figure out what they accomplish.

haha I got to get some money for tires first, severly needed rather than my wants. plus like Dave said, HBS might become a perfered member so I wouldn't mind a lil discount, but once i get tires put on, ill do the level at the same time so another month or so and it'll be coming

I might be a little late on this but to determine what kit you need measure ground to fender in the rear, then again in the front. Subtract the front from the rear and whammy that's the size you need.
