I have a 97 Ram 1500 4wd I want to lift it where is the best place to purchase one.

I installed a Skyjacker lift on my 97 , this was about 15 years ago . Not sure if they even still exist . Try Google for 97 Dodge lift kits , I'd say you'll find several .

Bds, skyjacker, rough country, DOR, everybody makes some kind of 5-6 in lift for these trucks, just depends on how well you want it to ride and how much you want to spend.

Okay thanks guys I will goggle that info and see what comes up cause I want it to ride really smooth will be totally redoing this truck.

BDS or Skyjacker are what you want, they offer 5" kits. Stay away from spacers and blocks if you want ride quality.

+1 to BDS or FabTech (both supply long arms and not other kits do) but swap shocks for Bilstein 5100s

You could get a Zone 5" lift, best lift for the money and quality. It's owned by BDS but you don't pay their price. That's what I have on my truck.
