I got this idea the other day while looking at a rivited steel door, and I'm trying to think of a way to make it work and look awsome. I'm thinking of buying a sheet of thick-ish 3/8? tinted plexiglass and having it cut to the shape of my backglass, and instead of replacing the one side, sealing the plexiglass with clear RTV and "bolting" it to the rear of the cab with either 3/8" or 7/16" chrome self-tapping screws and rubber washers, or round headed bolts all the way through. I'd rather do the screws and find some round caps for them though I'd also like to get a debris screen that I can slip into place to keep rocks from breaking it again. What y'all think?
