had a little time on my hands, thought i would do a little cosmetic surgery, my bumpers looked like crap, and i didn't like the offroad lights on the top of the bumper, nor did i want to hide them behind the grill.

would look good with a RR 2nd gen tactical grill :********:

If you don't mind me asking how did you do it? I would like to do something similar but mount the lights in a different location. Excellent job btw.

used 8" schedual 40 steel pipe, cut and welded in. the pipe is much thicker than the bumper material so the welding was a little tricky, added gussetts on the inside for additional strength. once the pipe was welded in i cut and ground down the front of it to match the contour of the bumper. sprayed the bumper inside and out with primer and rattle can bedliner.

i'm going to do the same thing on the rear bumper with some smaller backup lights, when i do it i'll post more detailed picks.
