what kind of switch do you have for the lights?

just a cheap toggle switch, but i have a door switch out of a old ford truck i was going to use so it would turn on by its selft

Those lights are pretty slick, never thought about doing that. The door-switch would be cool too, so they just turn on when you open the lid.

The DIY roll ons are not very reliable after a year or so...they fade really bad and chip like crazy. If I were going to replace my drop in with anything I would take it to LineX or something like that...they are much more reliable in the long run.

Thats actuall what I did alex. Ace hardware got 2 of their biggest turnbuckle J hooks and voalla. Secured. No drilling required.

As far as the liner goes I'm not sure what I'm gonna use. Thanks for the heads up on the DIY Liner adam. I have a buddy that works at a body shop that said he could do it so I may go that route. But who knows. About to change over to winter style anyway.
