All you need is a welder and body filler. I had pics of the install but I cant friggen find em now. Anyways, you just do a lot of small tack welds up and down the gap switching from side to side so it doesnt get too hot and burn a hole. once all of it's welded, you grind it smooth, and then do a lot of layers of body filler "molding" it, to where you can no longer see where it was welded in. it's a little xtra work but it looks hella better IMO here is mine
i paid a friend to do it, didnt even think about it at the time. it doesnt bother me that much
