99 2500 gas has a ground issue with my wipers head lights and interior electronics fixed the ground but I don't have high beams when I turn them on the head lights go out and running lights stay on I've replaced all switches fuses relays checked the wiring harness I have power at the plug but no light for high beam on the dash either I've been messing with it for 2 weeks it's driving me crazy. Also is there anyplace I can by some 33 12.50 16.5 having trouble finding them
