those are the upper and lower control arms. those look like they are probably aftermarket. you may have to look around to figure out how much of a lift your truck has and find the ones needed to match the lift.

Crazzywolfie is correct, they are the 4wd equivalent of control arms. If you search for control arms, you're likely to only find the 2wd components. The name used for those is suspension arms, both upper and lower.

As Crazzywolfie said, they are aftermarket, the stock variants have square bodies.

Upper and lower control arms as mentioned. They look to be for like a 3" lift roughly but I'd have to compare it to tire size to be sure.

Adjustable

As you can see in the video, it seems that the arms are sliding apart, and then banging togheter.

Is it possible to tighten anything keeping them from not sliding apart?

I'm away at work, and if I must order new ones, I must do it asap so I get it fixed before 31 march. Due to technical controll of the car..

I measured the lenght of the arms, and they were 49-50cm = 19,3 - 19,85 inches.

I'm running on 39" wheel normally. But right now theres some smaller ones on. The 39" touch the wheel bay a little when turning full turn. I guess 37" would do just fine.

The guy i bought the car from said it was 7" lift, but I'd have to control that.

It's hard to tell from the pic and video but. . . It looks like you have a set of adjustable control arms and the jam nuts on those control arms are loose. Have you crawled under there to see of they are a indeed threaded? If so get a big wrench and tighten them down.
