Got bored at work and pulled my bed rails off the truck. Not sure if I like it or not. Its surprisingly clean on top of the bed where they mounted for being there for 14 years

I never thought my truck looked bad with them on there, but I had 3 people tell me I should pull them off today. I was worried about the bed being rusted under the mounts for the rails but I guess I lucked out on that

I say with myself adds a little extra to the back. But that is just me. Truck looks good anyway.

Thanks man. It basically fell into my lap lol. Had 89k miles on it when I got it back in October. Hell, the dash isn't even that bad lol

Lol I found a good deal on a new dash piece for my truck. Someone had ordered one for their 96 and they sent the wrong color so I bought it to paint when I get ready to do my interior. I told my wife I'd just replace it whenever I had to put a heater core in since the entire dash has to come out.
On my way home from work the next night, I noticed the truck was running hotter than normal, got home and the coolant jug was empty. Started looking for leaks and found my heater core leaking lol
