So I'm in the middle of coating my wheels and can't decide if I want to go completely black or not. The lugs are staying chrome so I *** thinking about leaving the M/T and the design in the middle of the center cap chrome.
So should I go all black or leave the little chrome in the middle?

Here's a pic of the wheels and a close up of the center cap

All that build up on that wheel is the reason I'm doing this. I can't get it off and don't want to run the risk of destroying the wheel trying to sand it

I'd do one and see how you like it. You can always spray the rest of the caps easily or peel it off if you don't like it. Either way it's going to look good!

I agree... Because everytime you change tires and have it rebalanced it going to scratch up the edges...

That's the good thing about plasti-dip though, you can easily do touchups if needed. Just over the weekend I had to do a little touchup to my grill inserts due to a rock chip (I think).

My vote would be all black and just have the chrome lugs.

That's what I'm doing. I made a genius decision to pull the center cap out of one to paint it separately, not thinking of how much thicker it would be after a few coats. So I had to peel it off and redo it.
I didn't like the way it looked with the chrome center caps anyways

Thanks guys. Had to take a break to fix a broken stud on the back passenger side. Couple more coats on the last one and I'm done
