I'm going to install a steering box stabilizer kit on my truck and after taking a a look underneath, I noticed that my sway bar bushings are pretty much toast.
As such, I want to replace them, but after looking at my local O'Reilly's, apparently there are 5 options for sway bar thickness: 30, 31, 32, 33 and 34mm.
Well, I reckon the best thing to do is to just measure the ID of one of the bushings and buy what I need from there, but I'm curious...
How thick of a front sway bar were our trucks typically equipped with? And is there a difference between 4WD and 2WD?
