I'm pretty sure they won't be direct bolt in prob have to drill a hole and they won't stick out if you're wanting the look. But they'd still be functional if that all your wanting just would hook up behind the front of your bumper by going through the openings. Or on my fb theres a guy whose selling some OEM hooks for $75

Are the OEMs bolt on or do they require additional brackets?

Direct bolt in with only air dam trimming to be done. And it's $75 for the pair. If but em but I'm working on getting some out of my local yard for $20 lol

my damn air dam is gone.. and i want hooks.. don't really use something like that but itd be nice if i needed them lol

If you haven't gotten your hooks yet, I bought Curt tow hooks and mounted them to my 2001. I did have to drill one hole on each side but they mounted up fine.
