What size tires is everyone running?? I'm trying to Find a nice 33" tire to fit the 16" rims I picked up today at Carlisle.

I have a reguLar cab long bed 1996 1500 4x4.

33s would be 285-75r16

I'm running 265-75r16s but looking for 33s to fill the inner fender a little more

285/75/16 with 2 1/2 lift 16x8 rims 4 inch back spacing. 2001 ram 1500 Sport.

Just ordered these general AT2 grabbers -- 285/75/16 for my reg cab long bed 1996 1500.

It looks like the truck is leveled in the front so hopefully I have no problem with these

I've got 315/70R17 Nitto Trail Grapplers on mine with a 3" lift. No trimming, however it'll rub when flexed.

Big **** up on my part!!! I ordered the wrong tires!!! These are 17" rims UGH!! Mechanic is pissed!!! I need to swap them for the right size now.

Any idea what a 285/75/16 translates to for a 17" rim? Considering the sidewalls will be different size. Also, considering it a 17" rim will this not allow me to run the 33"s??

Wish I had seen this post earlier, I could of told you those were stock 17" wheels...

You want 285/70/17. Wheels diameter will make no difference on whether they clear or not.

Hey bolt patterns are still the same correct? Mines a 96 those wheels are off an 02

Yes same pattern, they will bolt on just fine.
