So i bought a truck, and it has (what i believe are) 2" lift blocks under the leafs, don't think anything is done to the front, but the truck sits level. I'd like to get some 35x12.50x15 wheels, but not sure if they will rub...if not, can i get away with them on a -44 offset rim?

Is it 4x4? Also -44 will be overkill. That amount of offset will not make your front end components happy. Something along the lines of -6 to -15 would put enough distance between you're inner fenders and outer fenders to minimize scrubbing. With -44 you will more than likely scrub on the outer fender.

Yes it is a 4x4, i like a little stance on my wheels, but i for sure don't want to wear out parts

I have stock wheels with 305s and I love my stance. I'll get pics up tomorrow but it sticks out about 1/2 an inch past the fender and looks perfect.
Edit: found one on my phone
