I havent posted on here in a very long time, I have had another side project that i have been working on. but any who, here is my problem:

When I have my AC on it blows through the vents as normal, but when i push on the gas and accelrate as any speed, light or hard, the vents switch to my defroster, and when i let go of the gas or just pushing the pedal to maintan speed it switchs back to the normal vents and a loud thud noise happens.

Any ideas on what this can be and how do i fix it?

Sounds like you have a vacuum leak or the check valve is bad. The thump is probably the actuator door slamming open.
Someone else on this forum posted a similar issue. I had the same thing happen to a different vehicle.

there is a check valve that keeps the vacuum cylinder in a vacuum when you accelerate.

On mine there is a vacuum canister (small plastic Box) that stores vacuum for when engine vacuum is low due to acceleration. It was located under the passenger side windshield area under the cowl.
