Default Dash light question

When I bought my truck it has the white gauge fronts that the guy before put on that can be switched from blue to green and have a dimmer also. Well the gauges went out and I was looking at the wiring and there's a little blue box that has 2 wires coming out going to the dimmer switch for the gauges and its melted kinda what is it and where to get a new one

I would try to find the manufacturer name listed, and check to see if you can get replacement parts.
