On a 97, the headlight switch and the surround, does it illuminate like the rest of the dash?

I wish I had the lighted key ring like you guys, stupid dodge. Has the bulb there and everything just no wiring to it.

Can't you route your own wiring? I'm wondering if its possible to light up the headlight switch area. Might have to find out this holiday weekend.

Yes that is what I plan on doing.

You just need to drill a couple holes in the back and stick some LEDs in there. Get prewired ones, auto parts stores usually have them in a 5 pack. Silicone the back and wire them up to come on with the other lights.
