Interior dash and paint issues

Just finished up redoing my entire interior on my 99 ram 1500. Got a new dash from lmc dark gray (Agate). I also repainted the rest of the dash,door panels etc. With colorbond Agate paint they were mist gray originally. I had already painted everything before my dash came due to being on backorder. After it came i notice they do not match has anyone else ordered the dark gray dash from lmc and did it match your interior. I called Lmc to make sure they sent the right one they assure me they did.

Agate was a later gray, Mist Gray was earlier. It's possible that they don't have the earlier gray.

The 99's had agate grey, it's what mine has. Got my dash from LMC and matched perfect. Maybe the paint you got was off abit?

Thanks for the info I kind of figured my paint was off a bit. I still like it better than what it looked like before

Is the material lmc uses for their dash replacement the same as what came stock, or is it something less crap-like?

It's supposed to have better built-in uv protection.

There dash and bezel is a lot better than the factory crap. The dash is actually feels flexible and the instrument bezel I got was almost an 1/8" thick

Same ^. I also bought the carpet cover and put down insulation underneath for more support. Only issue now is my sub-structure has gone to ****. All of my mounts have cracked and broke off.
