It comes from the passenger side. The water slushing sounds pretty much upon acceleration, it seems to be within the dash and it sounds like its inside the cabin. No recent rains. I also noticed this morning water dripping on parking lot from the passenger side, just about the level where a passenger would put his feet. No engine components there.

Any help?

Yup, get under the truck with a coat hanger and gently clear out that little drain tube.

You didn't recently get into an accident or anything did you? My buddy had this exact same issue in his Wrangler recently after it came back from a body shop after an accident. It was however only apparent after or during rain, so it may not be the same problem you're having.

I just bought the truck last week for $800. It looks like its been sitting for a while though, maybe that clogged it up. Has some body damage to the middle/rear passenger side but nowhere close to where the tube may be located

You have a air bubble in the cooling system, need to burp it and add coolant/antifreeze. Many put the pass side up on a ramp to help burp the system.
