I have very little air flow through the dash vents. The selector works properly but there is very little flow, if I change from floor to dash or dash/floor or recirculate it seems to direct the flow properly. The blower changes speeds and sounds the same as it always has sounded. It just does not have the proper velocity.

Thanks,
John Katos

My only thought would be possibly the vacuum lines that control the doors being damaged, losing some vacuum, and not opening the doors all the way. Idk just a thought. Either way if you choose to pull the HVAC, I wish you luck! Worst job I've ever done in my life on this truck. Pulling the engine out was twice as easy as this. I'm currently in the process of putting my dash in. My only word of advice would be to go ahead and replace all the parts in the HVAC so you never will have to do it again!
