I have been fighting a issue with a clogged cat so I started a thread about a week ago just addressing the issue. Someone had mentioned a plenum fix, so I did my research and decided this was something to do right away since I ordered a Wye pipe from jegs (I live in a area with no emissions test) and a new exaust system using a flowmaster 40 series split out the back at a 45. Anyways as I tore into it I was extremely happy I decided to do this. My truck had quite a few hidden gremlins explaining why my truck was extremely gutless other than the cat which was my suspicion. First of all my injectors are I'm sad shape so I'm taking the chance to rebuild and clean those second my plenum was missing the heads on two bolts on the out side and the deal was completely shot on the bottom. So in other words some ******* failed at making this repair before!!!

Yup. Those injectors look rough and that gasket was shot some time ago. Which intake bolts were broke? The front 2?

Both the front and back on the passenger side bank then I snapped the front drivers bank. Still figuring out how to pull those out

Ok so now I have gotten the bolt in back out!! I have broke off a extractor tool trying to remove one of the front ones making it impossible to drill through now and the other one snapped off with just a little bit of the bolt above the head making it very difficult to drill. So I notice the two front bolts go all the way through and you can feel the bottom of the bolt now my question is would it be worth it to pull my heads to drill them through I'm fairly confident I can get them this way or do I just keep on fighting with it?

Sounds like you're very close to having to replace the heads so I would say yes, pull them and give it a try from the bottom.
