your fine, with gears, if they were misaligned you would have known it by now!!
Im not saying beat on them, but dont be afraid to experiment with some mild take offs
I forget what my break in was with my gears, i feel he told me about 100 miles of "town traffic" basically stop and go, and then a run on the highway for about 10 min not going any faster than 55 mph.
I think i had to do a few turn arounds in random parking lots to get the limited slip to break in
after that it was 100% ready......but then again i have a spicer limited slip, quite a bit different than what you have
