I am trying to swap a 2000 5.2 to a 1997 that had a 5.2 and noticed that the
Electric conectors are not the same. Can I just change the intake manifolds
And sensors from the old motor to the new one?

Yes. Use the 97 harness and sensors. 2000+ the injectors were different and 98+ used a single temp sensor on the intake manifold vs 2 for your 97. Swap the 2 intakes AND DO THE PLENUM WHILE THEY'RE OFF. The perfect time lol. Use the 2000 fuel rail if you have the plastic one on the 97 (can't remember). The 2000 has the Schrader caribe that makes checking fuel pressure extremely easy.
