Trucks got a new trans but can't say the same with the engine. She's got 240k on her, wondering what I should do to keep her going. What do I do to keep it running strong as it does?

Comp test to verify the jugs are good. If they are, good plenum tune up. Regular maintenance things like that and she'll last ya quite a bit yet even
