I would check your track bar, ball joints and tie rod ends for any looseness. Any of the parts will cause steering wander if they are worn or failing.

Put the truck on dry ground and have a partner slowly move the wheel back and forth. Look for any parts that are moving or loose.

I have found that my truck in particular is sensitive to road crown and will slightly pull depending on which side of the road I'm on.

The track rod is probably the culprit. The 2nd gen trucks are notorious for that.
