I mean you could break down in a brand new truck... If its properly maintained and everything is running properly I don't see why it wouldn't make it?

Highly subjective. Was the plenum gasket replaced? Service be transmission if you haven't already.

Be glad you don't own a 2013!
Go with your gut. You've been driving it for a little while and had some work done, if you don't feel all warm and fuzzy inside then maybe you should bring it to a really good mechanic and have it gone over from A-Z. The 5.9 is a great motor, it's the rest of the truck I'd be worried about.

Yeah the lower plenum gasket has been changed.i drove it from spokane to sandpoint and back in one day and thats about a hiur and 30 mins.with no problems.ive always been a person that worries to much so I was just looking for some insite on how these trucks are put together.i work as a detailer at a dodge store so they have done all the work to the truck so far sense I owned it.

If its going good... Sack up and drive that baby! If not go with credit card in hand to enterprise or hertz, with your dealership rate and rent a whip.

No, no trans. flush. Just a fluid/filter replacement and band adjustment. You NEVER flush a transmission who's history you don't know.

Because they have a bad habit of loosening crap that is either A) holding your transmission together or B) loosening crap that circulates in your oil later, thereby doing even more bad things to it.

A fluid/filter change and a band adjustment will be sufficient.
