1997 Dodge ram 1500 318 5 speed - miles 160k
reason for changing because rpms where bouncing before and had weird psi. one cylinder read 180 and lowest read 120. it was running at 180 degrees and i put new heads they ran at first 210 then decreased to 190 degrees. i have a 185 termestat (how ever u spell it), after installing heads when warmed up and idling and press gas it has a slight flutter on throttle. i havent drove 10 miles on heads yet. (i think its a slight vacuum problem because the heater vacume line has been rotten and plugged with a tooth pick atm.) the cab vents started puking water inside the cab but disconnected the water line so it dosent do anymore. any suggestions where to get next? (yes i cleaned all threads tap and dye style and put non hardening #2 on head bolts cant be that)
