Is there a Mopar pcm for the 2001 model year? The only one I can find is for a 96 model year. Would it work in my 01?

Any information is greatly appreciated.

You talking about the Performance PCM? Not that I know of. I believe those stopped in 98.

Yes I am. Dreams shattered. :(

What's the next best thing? I've seen Hypertech and Superchips. Reviews on the Hypertech aren't great that I've read.

Any others I'm not familiar with?

SuperChips and SCT are the better of the 3 for Dodges. SCT is more expensive because it's better and allows custom tuning.

If you're not planning any major mods, the SuperChips will work just fine.

Is the SuperChips as easy as it looks? Just plug it in and push a couple buttons and done?

If Im not mistaken the 98 was running obd2 the 01 would be as well... So the pcm MAY work... Id try to do a little more research before dropping the buck though I know that some year (99 or 00 i think) the biggest difference in the running wiring was the lack of a egr valve.. I was told the Factory repair for this was to cut the wires and tape them up.... don't quote me on that just what a dealer tech told me...
