I need to replace the valve covers on my ram. I have been looking for new oem replacements but only find after market aluminum ones. Any advice to look for a reasonably cost new replacement covers?

LA engine valve covers work perfectly fine for a fraction of the cost. Just use LA gaskets

There's no clearance issues with the valves? That's all I've read on all the sites that sell valve covers. Thanks for the info you just opened up a whole new plethora of parts to choose from!

There's more clearance than with oem. It should be noted that with the "Fabricated" style covers there's clearance issues between the cover and they alternator on the passenger side and alt/ac bracket on driverside. That goes for using either LA or Magnum
