Hello
I had to get new right head, lifter came uot side ,ever since oil pressiure readingdifferent .After warm up pressure goes downb to right above hash mark,I call quarter way even at hiway speeds ,cold is up by three quarter hash mark .E ngine doesn`t click or knock or run hot don`t know what to do or check ,I get my oil changed every 3000 and filter too. they put in 5w30 ,my engine has 145,000 on it wanderecd if I should go to 10w30 or high mileage oil/?? A ny suggestions doesn`t seemto be causing any problems. Is 2001 dakota 4.7l.
