Welcome to RF.

When replacing stuff did you check your hoses for deterioration or blockage?

Did you bleed the air out of the system?

Is the belt tight?

Just a few question. There might be more.

No don't think so. If you drive it, it should foam up bad. You don't want that.
Put fluid in start it and turn your wheels from side to side. Go all the way till it stops each way. Keep checking the fluid level. Do not let it run dry.

When done top it off to the proper level.

The weight of your tires will be noticeable but it shouldn't feel like you don't have PS.

Do your suspension parts look ok? Are you running big tires?

Try not to throw money at it unless you are sure it is the problem.

I'm kinda surprised others haven't posted.

My front shocks need to be changed and my tires are 35/13.50 and is it possibly i could have crossed my return and pressure lines on my steering box?
