Ok so I just replaced the front brake pads and my right rotor and now it pulls right when I hit tye brake. Any ideas?

Did you grease the slide pins?
Did you break down the callipers and inspect them for binding?
Callipers are really cheap to rebuild like $10 to $15 bucks a piece.

Yes I did grease the pin. Did not inspect the caliper... I'll check that tomorrow thanks.

when it pulls to one side doesn't it usually mean the opposite side is not braking as hard?

If you put new pads and only replaced
The right rotor that could be your problem your tolerances between pad and rotor will be tighter on right than left, suppose to do both sides at the same time at least, and the best way is do all four corners at the same time
