My friend has 2001 dodge ram 5.9, he has bought radiator from autozone advanced auto parts and o Riley, he has like a little inner cooler to it, is there anyway we can just disconnect the Trans lines and hook them up to the radiator that has the ports to it,
Or do we have to find a radiator that doesn't have the connection ? I live in Dallas tx area

Pictures would be great.

You have to use quick disconnect tools to get the transmission lines out of the old radiator. If you could explain a little better I might be able to help you more

If the lines on the factory go to the radiator, yes you need the one with connections. If you have the factory aux cooler in front of the radiator (like myself) it doesn't matter what rad you use
