Agreed with Dodge Dude it depends on what you have done/plan to do with your engine and what other exhaust parts you have. If you're not going with a serious build, you just want something that will give you good flow and sound, 2.5 inch piping is probably good. I would highly suggest this cat/pipe that Flowmaster offers. 2.5" stainless piping and a high flow cat with bungs for your 02 sensors already drilled and threaded. Will bolt onto your stock headers, and all you need is to take it to an exhaust shop to have them run you some more pipe, a muffler (of your choice), and tip(s)Hello,
I am looking into a new exhaust with stock headers. what is the best inside diameter for the 5.9 magnum? also, has anyone gone with a borla muffler? trying to get some ideas of the sound.
