truck was running reliably, but was getting misfire #4, loosened rocker arm and idle smoothed out.

So replaced both hydraulic lifters for #4 cylinder.

Put it all back together and now no spark.

I have checked all the wires I unhooked to pull the intake manifold and I cant find anything that got left unhooked.

Is there anything I should check first... the truck sat for about 2 weeks before the repair was completed, so I'm wondering if something could have failed that was on its way out anyway, just seems like one hell of a coincidence, seems more likely that I left something unhooked someplace or something...

I would have to agree, you must have misssed something. I'd start with the dist, make sure you didn't pinch a wire.

I was gonna say cam sensor, crank sensor, or coil wiring?
Are your injector plugs tight and locked down?

Since it's wrong to assume anything, I'll ask if you disconnected your battery during the repair process.

Long shot I would check error codes hoping for a clue as the failure...
