Anyone here use or ever used Rhoads brand lifters? They've got several varieties and "levels" including OEM-spec replacements. They're kind of expensive (almost twice as much as Sealed Power) but they seem pretty sweet. Any real benefit with an OEM valvetrain or would they be better suited to cammed applications? Or do they simply have much better build quality?

Used them in my 'Cuda many, many, many years ago. More for the better streetabilty with the racer brown cam, easier starting, smoother low rpm, better vacuum, etc. I don't think you'd realize that much of a benefit with a stock cam, but i could be wrong, a lot has changed over the years.
