Spectre Intake

I actually found one that is at one of the auto parts stores. Thinking about getting it tomorrow. Does anyone have any thoughts? Though it is the cheapest out of all the kits that would fit my set up due to the duel batteries. Thanks.

Do it and just get a nicer filter but that you don't have to, no real gains from a cai, maybe a tad bit more aesthetic and a deeper exhaust sound

i got one on my 5.9. you get the whistle, maybe a .5 mpg, and you can definitely tell that it breathes a lot easier.

I had one on my 05 silverado. Had no complaints. I've used other brands before and they are all about the same in my opinion.

I have a Spectre one and when the filter went bad I bought a K&N one and put it right on it

I'm done and here are the before and after pics of the intake, though due to the duel battery set up i have, the box doesn't fit all the way and I had to get a longer hose for it, since the one that came with it was like a foot long and needed a three foot hose. But I will try contacting Spectre about those problems. It works so far and sounds super nice.
