ok, so i'm pretty tired of how slow my 5.2 Ram is with 35s on. i want to step it up to maybe some 37s, 38s or maybe even 40s but if i'm slow now, i'll be even slower later. so i need some advise. please don't kick me out of here for even thinking about it but has anybody thought of or know of anybody that has put an LS engine into their Ram? only reason i thought of an LS engine is because of how easy they are to make go fast. if not an LS engine, what do you folks recommend? i can't stand being at a light with either a newer Ford or Chevy lifted truck on 35's and be beaten. help talk me into something good. tia.

It doesn't matter how strong your motor is, if its not geared right it'll never be fast. Why don't you drop in some 4:56s?

Anything bigger than a 35, I'd go ahead and go with 4.88's
