Has anyone had trouble with the upper cooler line poping off and draining their fluid? I had mine do it to me today and got lucky and all seems fine. Why did it happen? It shouldnt have that much pressure?

Yea, that dont seem right, lol. My truck has the cooler up front, and the upper hose is a check vavle and known to leak, but shouldnt be popping off. What type of connector do you have? Should be pretty obvious why its popping off. The only thing I can think of is the valve isnt working properly and causing pressure build up. I think most guys here just delete it with a reg hose. I think you have to let the trans warm up longer or something like that.

The trans cooler for me is part of the radiator. The line physically poped off the fitting and drained all most all fluid. I replaced the oem line with a hose and 2 clamps, but it popped off again. I was on a 150 mile trip. The trans was warm when it came off both times

No. The brass fitting that the hose goes on to is not stripped.

I'd be questioning if the cooler(s) clogged.

Yeah you can leave the OEM one(s) unhooked. I'm actually running my OEM auxiliary cooler and an aftermarket one.

I don't know what is good with regard to TCs.
