Vacuum Leak (I assume)

I am not an expert but I am hearing a hissing sound come and go when I start my truck from under my hood.

When the hissing starts, the truck sputters slightly and the rpm's drop slightly

when the hissing stops, the rpm's increase a little (then return to normal)

This process repeats when I start the truck and let it sit.

Any advise on how to find this (assumed) vacuum lead and fix it would be great!

Here is a link to a youtube video I uploaded showing this problem in action: Help Needed: 2001 Dodge Ram 1500 5.2 Vacuum Leak - YouTube

Have you check your pvc valve lately? my guess is the break booster check valve.

I fixed the vacuum leak. It was the small hose the connects to the IAC and the air cleaner mounting gasket was missing between the air cleaner and the throttle body.

I appreciate the responses.
