when i start my truck up sometimes the RPMs drop instantly to where it almost dies and from there it will go up and back down. i was thinking maybe it could be the injectors or something in the computer but i don't know. maybe you will, help me out here please.

Have you been using any oil lately? Could be the pendulum gasket.

Your idle air selenoid on the back of the TB needs cleaned or replaced.
Or I'd start there. Run some good injector cleaner through your fuel system. Make sure you don't have any cracked vacum or PCV hoses.
