Found a small tear in my serpentine belt, just a tiiiiny little split off to the edge of the belt. For under $20, ill just throw a new one on. But is there anything else i should replace with the belt? Any particular pullies or the tensioner?

Just make sure that the alt bearings have no play, idler pulley doesn't have play, no play in the water pump pulley, same for the belt tensioner idler pulley and a/c pulley. If any of them sound dry, you'll need to replace it soon. If the a/c pulley sounds dry, don't need to panic about replacing the whole a/c unit. The bearing is serviceable. Checking the water pump is fairly easy. With the belt off, grab the tip of the fan and work it back and forth.
