I know this subject has been beat to death. I just bought a really clean 98 1500 quad cab 4x4. I in my excitement bought two remotes not realizing the truck although being a Laramie with almost every option did not come equipped with keyless entry. I got a build sheet from the online Chrysler group LLC customer service which confirmed no keyless entry. So after spending $50 for 2 remotes I am looking at Ebay for the keyless module.
My question is the ones on EBay dont seen to have a wiring harness included with them. Is a different harness required ?
