have a 2001*Dodge*Ram*1500*Laramie*SLT. the*alternator*solenoid*wires came loose from the electrical connector plastic piece. I need to know which side is blue and which side is green. also the*alternator*doesn't seem to be charging anything I've tried two different*alternators*and the both of them only read*12 volts. please help thanks in advance

DG is pos, DB is neg. Pcm controls voltage from the alt.

Check which alternator you are getting. There are two options for the rams with different amperage. I just replaced mine for the same reason, my alternator was only putting out 12 volts. Got the 136 amp alternator and now have a healthy 14.45 volts at idle.
